TRANSPORT AND APPLICATION

Products from recycled rubber may also be usefully applied in the spheres of railway, road and tramway transport as noise and vibration dampers.

The results of measurements carried out after the application of the damping recycled rubber systems have shown significant absorption of vibrations in residential areas and decrease in noise level in transport corridors. They have made a fundamental contribution to improveing environmental conditions.

We have developed a special damping system with respect to railway, tramway  or mining rails, which is particularly suitable for municipal rail (tracked) corridors and historical city centres, but also for other industrial and residential buildings. All of this has been in partnership with SEDRA Praha s.r.o. , a commercial and consulting firm.

Use:

Suitable for railway, road and tram transport as noise and vibration attenuators (including of octave frequencies). It is a special system for inserting railways and tram tracks. These systems are suitable mainly for town track corridors, historical town centers, but also for other industrial and civil constructions. We cooperate on these implementations with a commercial consultancy firm SEDRA PRAHA.

Features:

Rubber composites joined with polyurethane. Attenuation elements provably minimize noise in the construction body and efficiently protect and insulate from corrosive current (stray current). Dimension features are in compliance with the project assignment and also correspond to the needs of final noise and vibration reduction. Volume weight is 600-1100kg/m³.
