The sphere of industrial use is also very wide and the application here of the elastic rubber capabilities may be highly worthwhile. The ELTEC membranes and belts in the FS700 or GR850FS (GR900FS, GR950FS) quality have been very successfully used as a subgrade, dilatation or simply parting layer between the source of vibrations (noise) and the surrounding constructions, namely the equipment. In addition, the FS700GR or the FS700 plates or membranes are suitable regarding their noise damping capabilities. The ELTEC elastic GR900FS, GR850FS, FS700GR and FS700 plates or belts have been widely used in industry, transport and civil engineering as vibration suppression materials (for example, in the foundations of machines buildings, rails, distant belts, antiskid belts, etc). They may be delivered according to the customer’s technical requirements in the dimensions of 2000x1000 mm (or in smaller cut sizes based on order) and with a thickness range of 4-60 mm.

The actual procedure of laying the materials depends on the nature of the application in question. However, it must always be taken into consideration that the rubber membranes of any hardness and sturdiness will always require a firm bedding, in that they create an insulation layer in connection with their resistance. They may be joined by adhesive bonding or mechanically affixed on the structures, laid free (e.g. horizontal vibration isolation pads for machines and equipment), or they can be imbedded, poured out with new concrete (static insulations of constructions, beams, pillars, roads, concrete footing for mounting of industrial machines, etc). Moreover, it is important to know that the rubber membranes and belts may also be cut directly on the spot, separated or processed in other ways. The straight-blade or manually rotating knives (tooth-free) are the most suitable cutting tools for this purpose.

ELTEC FS elastic highly tenacious plates
Products with similar capabilities as the above-mentioned groups, but being extremely tenacious, very resistant to abrasion and to the impact of the environment. They are frequently used in traffic situations and construction of transport roads. They are ideal for bedding of heavy machinery for their anchoring and for control of vibrations. The products are also have an enormous load-carrying capacity.
Elastic plates and HVD rigid belts
These are very rigid components with an increased PU content. Suitable for application of a higher percentage of dust fractions and decrease in the roughness ratio, the plates present enormous consistency and are impermeable to water.
Classical granulate plates connected by polyurethane (PU) with very high damping parameters as given in the attestations, provide a final damping effect in direct proportion to the material strength. The USM system is frequently also used in the sphere of bedding for under-gravel mats and for under-concrete for absorbing the actions of vibration.
ELTEC Elastic damping plates
These are very tenacious plates developed in particular for damping vibration, noise, or of even loads, without significant actions and variations, and providing long material durability . Indeed, their properties do not change even if under extreme conditions (humidity, temperature, dustiness, etc). The plates are also ideal for application in civil engineering, prefabricated elements, cable distribution systems and pipe sleeves. They are optimal for use in industrial constructions as cladding, tiling, and for handling and manufacturing floors, etc.
